The personal information which may be collected by PAHI through the present website or by email will be incorporated into files which is owner and whose purpose will be to manage user queries, internal management for administrative or accounting level, as well as the transfer of commercial, promotional or advertising communications.

Modifications

This Privacy Policy may be updated at any time, unilaterally, based on the needs of the website or future legislative changes, reserving to PAHI this exclusive right.

Should a judgment or judgment made by a competent judge or court declare any of these clauses as void, the other provisions that have not been contradicted shall remain in force and be valid. The same applies in case of arbitration awards issued by an arbitrator or court of competent arbitration.
